SLA's State Property Information Online (SPIO) is a one-stop portal on State property rental and sale information. SPIO provides timely information on about 5,000 State buildings over 14,000 ha of State land. It manages a total gross floor area (GFA) of about 4 million sqm, ranging from residential, commercial, office, industrial to institutional and other uses. SLA seeks to put vacant State properties to best optimal use in the interim period, pending future development.
